We are looking for a full-time Leasing Consultant to help. A person in this position will report to the Community Manager and will be responsible for showing apartments to prospective renters, processing renewals for current residents, and providing outstanding customer service to all our customers. Applicants must be able to work one weekend day.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Warmly meet and greet prospective residents and provide tours
  • Effectively showcase the benefits of the apartments and community
  • Effectively communicate with prospects to help them find an apartment to call home
  • Guide prospects through the application process
  • Conduct background and credit checks on applicants
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements
  • Schedule appointments for move-in and create move-in packets
  • Must be able to travel to other locations (as needed)
  • Do competitive shopping
  • Experienced with lease renewals preferred

Required Qualifications:
As we review candidates for this role, we will be looking for these qualifications:
  • Strong customer service
  • Familiar with Yardi software
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Detail Oriented and able to follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Computer skills and phone skills
  • Traveling between sites is required
